This is normal. All the SFCC Job adverts are submitted to the administrator before being displayed on the Storefront. This process is used to avoid posting an ad unrelated to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

In that way, you used the Basic Package to display 1 job advert during 60 days instead of 2 job adverts displayed during 30 days each.
